How do I cancel my membership?
Go to your Account → Membership → Cancel. Within 14 days of activation and with no benefits redeemed, you receive a full refund.
My partner didn’t honour my benefit. What do I do?
Open the in-app concierge chat — usually resolved within the day. Same-day reimbursement if the benefit was wrongly denied.
How do I activate a gifted pass?
Click the activation link in your gift email and create your account. The annual term starts on activation.
I lost access to my email — how do I recover my account?
Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page. If you can’t access the email, contact concierge with your purchase reference.
How do I download my receipts?
Account → Billing → Receipts. PDF for every transaction.
