Membership basics
What is Seychelles Pass?

How long does a membership last?
Memberships run for one year from the date of activation. You can renew, gift, or transfer at any point.
Where can I use my pass?
At every partner listed on the partners page. Show your digital pass at check-in or booking and the benefit applies automatically.
Do I have to be a tourist to join?
No — residents of the Seychelles can join too. Some partner benefits are visitor-specific; the partner page calls those out.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes. The Gift page handles gift purchases — recipients get an activation link by email.
How do you choose partners?
We pick partners by hand, with no pay-for-placement. Every partner agrees to a member-only benefit and meets our service standard.
Benefits and use
What if a partner doesn’t honour my benefit?
Our 24/7 island concierge resolves it — usually with a same-day call. Use the Contact page or the in-app chat.
Can I share my pass?
No — each pass is tied to one member. For a family trip, look at the family tier or buy multiple gift passes.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t redeemed any benefits. See the refund policy for full terms.
